Ballot for Trustees – 2016
Nine
ballots with valid return addresses were received by the Secretary by postal
mail on or before the stated deadline of 3 March 2016. Two ballots were sent to the Secretary by
email. Four ballots were received by the
Secretary by postal mail without valid return addresses. Two ballots were returned to the Secretary
due to unforwardable addresses. (This is not counting the large number of
ballots in the first round of mailing that were returned to the Secretary due
to unreadable addresses because his printer was failing.) There were a total of eleven ballots that
were counted.
