VOTING FOR TRUSTEES FOR 2016
Voting for the Board of Trustees of the Walter H. McClenon Fund is by mail ballot by the active members. Ballots are being mailed to the members on 3 February 2016. Each ballot will be accompanied by instructions, an envelope addressed to the Secretary, and a small inner envelope for secrecy. Ballots should be enclosed and sealed in the small inner envelope and mailed to the Secretary, with a return address on the outer addressed envelope. A ballot will not be counted if the addressed envelope does not have a return address, because it will then not be possible to verify that it was cast by a member of the Fund. A ballot may be cast for eleven candidates, or for less than eleven candidates; write-in votes are permitted if there are no more than eleven votes cast including write-ins. Eleven Trustees will be elected. A ballot that is cast for more than eleven candidates will be discarded.
Ballots will be counted if they are postmarked no later than 23 February 2016 and received by the Secretary no later than 28 February 2016. It may be necessary to extend those dates if new ballots and envelopes need to be submitted due to printing problems.
